| Nymph Shiraz |
Our everyday label is all about fun. The namesake “Nymph” is a baby dragonfly. Everything about this wine says “one more glass, please!”. The nose reveals notes of smoke and leather. In the mouth the wine is soft and well balanced with dark fruits and a distinctive earthiness our Biscay soils are famous for imparting. The Nymph will match well with Jamaican goat curry, Cornish game hens, and pizza.

| Classic Shiraz |
A more serious wine than the Nymph, Thorpe Classic Shiraz has taken two consecutive gold medals in Sydney for its compatibility with food. A dark maroon colour in the glass, the Classic has a nose of cinnamon, honey, potpourri, violets, and nutmeg. The palate has a pretty minerality with plush black cherry and plum fruit winning the day as the wine makes its way down your gullet. Our shiraz is a good choice to accompany grilled veal chops, chicken vesuvio, and pork medallions. |

| Reserve Shiraz |
After two years developing in fine French and American oak barrels, our reserve shiraz has plenty of complexity. Almost jet black in colour, the fruit here is blackberry and raspberry with a touch of allspice. The Reserve Shiraz is powerful and elegant in the same breath with a floral nose and a deep core of coiled
dark fruit. The wine unfurls as it spends time in the glass, continually pulling you back for another whiff and taste. Decant a bottle with venison, rack of lamb, and beef tenderloin. |

| Sparkling Shiraz |
A vintage wine with 20 mgs of residual sugar making it a dry style sparkler, like the brut style of champagne. Made from our classic shiraz stock and using the methode champenoise technique of production, the Thorpe Shiraz is a festive and refreshing glass of bubbles. There is dark plum and blackberry fruit with a wonderful dry cedary finish. Drink on its own as an apertif or with roast turkey or honey glazed ham. |

| Nymph Cabernet |
Like its counterpoint shiraz, the Nymph cabernet is deep garnet in colour, with smooth tannins and good acidity. There is plenty sweet cranberry, and cherry fruit. Minimal oak treatment keeps the wine fresh and helps create its funky café style. There is a touch of mint and violets on the nose. Try the Nymph cabernet with steak frites, hamburgers, and duck confit. |

| Classic Cabernet |
Bigger and more aggressive than the Nymph, the Classic cabernet has all the floral components one expects from our wines. This wine is persistent on the palate with silky, fine grained tannins. Not a blockbuster in style, more Grace Kelly than Rachel Welsh, our cabernet has a pleasing palate of red currants, peppermint, and cocoa. Drink this wine with barbequed meats, and spaghetti with meatballs. |

| Reserve Cabernet |
After two years in French and American oak, the oak presence is nicely integrated and the colour in the glass is dark ruby. The wine has a nose of Vietnamese basil, eucalypt, talcum powder, and blueberries. The nose is elusive and keeps pulling you back again and again for more. A long finish and lithe body make this wine a point of difference in a world dominated by over-the-top style cabernets. Please enjoy this cabernet with Hungarian goulash, coq au vin, and rare loin of kangaroo. |
